I found another mistake in the novel that isn't on the list! When Nick is dying he tells Kahlee and Anderson about Kai Leng like he has never met him before! "A man called Leng," he says. When Kai Leng is also revealed to the entire Biotic Underground a few times and Nick doesn't seem to notice him.
In Retribution, Kai Leng convinces Nick to lead him around the academy, with the intent of using him as a shield. When things go wrong Kai Leng ends up shooting Nick in the stomach. This is mentioned at the beginning of Deception.
If you think it's worthy, could someone add it to the .doc for me.

I just checked Dietz from Wikipedia and it appears he is 68 years old. I'm not saying that he isn't responsible for his actions, senile or anything but maybe this should have been taken in account when EA, whatever looked for someone to replace Drew.
He also looks like such a sad-sack, too. Almost makes me feel bad for the hate storm he has brought upon himself. Although...he did bring this on himself

The closest I've come to harassing is making a few snarky comments, I'm not going to threaten the guy or insult him outright (yet). I have no problem with the guy outside of this one issue, and it's a pretty huge issue.

If he is on twitter and facebook, then he's opening himself up the feedback from his readers. No one is calling his home or showing up at his door. His book is terrible, and he's trying to trick people into buying it now. My sympathy for him went out the door with that tweet, but still. I don't think a few tweets are going to hurt him.

As much as I love Bioware and their games, they're the ones who should take the blame for this massive failure. THEY are the ones who green lighted this novel, and decided to make it available for purchase. The Dietz guy was hired to write a ME novel, he failed miserably, but posting **** on his twitter and facebook isn't going to change anything. I think they guy realizes by now that he screwed up, but Bioware should have caught the majority of these mistakes in the first place. Give the man a break.

Since I have not read that particular scene, this could be a serious issue, but looking at the excerpt provided earlier this is just a case of Nick telling Anderson and Kahlee about a Man he did not know they were aware of. Thus just "A man named Leng [did this?].
I can not see what that has to do with Nick remembering him or not, but since I did not read the full novel could someone clear this up?
