I really don't like to think about it like this...I would like to think Bioware is better then that...and actually care enough about their quality to say SOMETHING that actually relates to this.

That's why we can't stop until they release a statement. When people talk about one Bioware game, they normally bring up other Bioware games as well. Bioware is one of the few developers that can say that they have a dedicated fanbase to all of the games they make, not just one specific franchise. Dragon Age: Origins and Dragon Age 2 have their flaws, but I had a ton of fun playing them. I love everything that has been released for Mass Effect up to Deception. My own cousin can't stop raveing about Jade Empire. KOTOR practicly saved the Star Wars franchise for the hardcore fans when the prequal films hit. Bioware is a developer that has always prided itself on releasing quality games and  tie-in material. The Mass Effect action figure line was canceled specifically because the quality of the product didn't meet Bioware's standards. As loyal customers and fans of Mass Effect and other Bioware products, we must demand a statement from Bioware. If we don't, it sends the message to Bioware and other developers that subpar tie-in material is acceptable, that the cannon of a 5 year old franchised can be changed on a whim from outside individuals. Bioware has worked hard to build its games and fanbase, and everyone who has posted on this forum has done so out of dedication to this franchise. On March 6th, Mass Effect 3 comes out, a game that everyone of us on this forum is eagerly waiting for. As we prepare to for the final fight against the Reapers, can we have everything we have worked so hard for be altered and tarnished by a contracted author who has clearly shown he doesn't care about this franchise at all? This is why Bioware must make a statement, because it's the right thing to do.

Just a quick question. Has anyone else posted a review/comment on the B&N list webpage? I've posted three, from three different emails, and within an hour each one has been taken down.The first I thought might have been too long, but after greatly reducing the length of the review, they are still being taken down. I'm kind of surprised that only four people commented on it, given the number of people on this thread. Has anyone else had their comments removed?

Removed comments, eh? Not terribly surprising. They're trying to salvage sales, I'd guess. There might be something else to it, but from your description you haven't done anything wrong.

They wouldn't. That's why Bioware wrote that out of the canon. The only way you can keep that feature in your canon is if you never play further then ME1.

Why bother? It's just someone's opinion, on a site that has no connection to Bioware or the publisher. The site likely has moderated comments. I captained the effort to kill all the product ratings we could, and we did. B&N has his book at a 2.5 star. That's the only place anyone needs to worry about posting a review to. All the other listings are close to a 1-star overall.

Even apart from the irreconcilable lore errors, the writing is often clunky. 

The ending is awful. It essentially renders the other three books meaningless, and completely ends the chances of any more books with these characters.

Glad to see they left the links to the doc at least. Maybe they think 4 is the perfect number of comments. I guess it doesn't matter that much compared to the others, I just wanted to bring it to everyones attention.
