Please stop reading Deception if that is where you get that from. Leng was/is a brutal killer that is highly skilled and efficient. The original Leng, Drew's concept of him would not have been caught dead pissing in anyone's vases. I'm keeping the cereal because that's kind of cute, but even that would NEVER have happened had the book been written by Drew. 

In Retribution Leng has a lot of style and some charm, please do not confuse that with the ridicule that is Deception. ME3 should show us the REAL Leng.

And thusly it can't be allowed to contain proper storytelling and character development? People like you are what keep the medium dragged down at this level, only further reinforcing that games can never be art, because those buying 'em don't want something with class, or even genuine quality.

Pretty much this.  In Retribution, he's that villain you love and hate.  I hope it's the same in ME3, and not this deception nonsense.

Kai Leng stabbed Gillian with a toothbrush I believe. It was very dramatic. XD
