[Mar the Dragon]

More specifically, the Mark of the Assassin DLC. Every time I try to download it, it says that the download was interrupted and I cannot resume or restart it, even if I have no internet connection problems. I know that this does not have all of the info that is required, but I want to see if anyone can help me with this without it.

I couldn't really tell you what the issue could be but I could maybe point you in a direction that could help. I would check your packet loss. I'm not too sure if I can post third party sites on the forums so instead I will give you directions. Google "pingtest" and go to the namesake site. If you don't have any issues with packet loss then my guess would be maybe a firewall problem. Something on your computer might not like what you are trying to download so it stops it. No idea but I hope this, at least, gets you going in the right direction.

Hello Mar the Dragon,

As Tardyjay stated this issue could be due to packet loss. Have you tried clearing you internet browser cache, temporary internet files? I would recommend power cycling your modem/router as well. Please respond back with any steps you have already tried.

I am surprised that a BioWare guy actually replied to this. Anyway, after many more attempts I was finally able to get it. I am not sure what it was that changed, but it did download, and thanks for the advice.
