My message to the EA website was this:

Hello Advisor,
My brother and I have been sharing our EA account for years now but due to Origin becoming a standard in EA gaming he feels uncomfortable in having his email go through the Origin program.
Due to this I created my own EA account, connected it to Origin and started to redeem our physical games through Origin; but the problem is the DLC I bought for Dragon Age: Origins, Dragon Age 2 and Mass Effect 2 are all part of his EA account.
I mentioned this on the Bioware forum and it was suggested that I request a transfer of all the DLC from my brother account to my newly created one.
I request this please.

Thank you for contacting Electronic Arts.
I apologize for the delay in response. I would like to tell you that dlc or any content can never be transferred from PC to console or Vice versa. Origin is specifically made for PC purpose and not content can be transferred to console.
If there is anything else that you need help with, please let us know.
Regards,
Ravi

Sorry it appears you misunderstood me.
What I want is the transfer of Bioware DLC registered under my brother ea account to be transfered to my ea account, there is no PC to console transfer all the DLC I want is for the PC.
Hope that helps.

I got the same reply as my first message, is EA being difficult about this or can't it be done?
