Sure, there are going to be asari husks in addition to regular husks.

But what about more living hyper-indoctornated enemies? 

In Retribution, just one, Reaper-Grayson, was hard enough to take down.

Or is the Harbinger-collector essentially the same thing?

Harbinger was a reaper, controlling the collector drones through the collector leaders. I don't think it was the same as collectors didn't really have their own minds. From Saren we heard that the more control a reaper had over someone, the more their minds degraded. Not sure what the books have as I haven't read them, but in the games, they get dumber the more they're indoctrinated.
