The deveoplers said that they designed the game to be the same, but ended up buffing the PC enemies a little bit because of the better controls.

Hmm, I didn't know that I figured they left it the same.  Did they go into any more detail on what they did?

There was a story a long time ago when Halo was released about the "little" things they did to it as it evolved from a Mac to PC to Xboc game.  It was interesting but wouldn't apply to Mass Effect.

Here is the quote from the thread "Patching the Claymore" from Christina Norman, second to last post in thread:

Balancing for pc vs console is incredibly difficult, we do our best (enemies are tougher on pc than on xbox) but pc will always offer more precise controls, and better sequencing of attacks.

To find the thread I had to put "claymore" into the search.

I wasn't looking to troll, I'd just read that quote from Christina Norman before and thought it was relevant to the discussion.

Pretty vague stuff.

The comment about "aiming" and using melee is a bit odd. I guess I don't know what I am doing because I hardly do that (assuming she is talking about "using the sights" which is right mouse on PC).

Capn - the whole quote:

Yes on 360 you can't melée and aim at the same time, you can on pc. That is an advantage to pc.
But, how long does it take to tap B with your thumb and then start aiming again?
You may lose 75ms maybe? That is what I always do. I may not be firing as quickly as someone on a PC hammering buttons but it still works out fine.

She was talking in terms of the reload trick on console - meaning that you have to ( assuming normal configuration on controller ) lift your right thumb off the right stick ( the one that moves the camera to aim ) to hit the melee button to "fire" with the reload trick.

I read the whole quote in the thread but I didn't quite get what she was talking about since I don't play with a controller. That would be a disadvantage.
