In any case, avoid code on ebay, i remember one customer that got his ME2 liscence compromised because of it and he got a realy hard time to make his point toward EA support.
If the terminus gear is not on a DLC pack, you could try with EA chat support for more info about it, sayng you are a die hard fan of ME2 and you want all the DLC for this awsome game, who knows, it could be your lucky day.
