Be a little pacient. I've ordered mine from amazon and still no word. With digital downloads there are a lot of things that can go wrong between distributor, developer, and service. Right now its in EA's hands. They aren't known for their quality of service. But still, they will get the game out, as this game is one that is going to generate a lot of revenue for them. Give them a little bit of time. It is no small feat to pre-load a video game to millions of people at once and then unlock it on game day. There are bound to be hiccups.
On a side-note, Bioware has nothing to do with the problems that the game is facing right now. The game is done and has been pushed to the distributor's. In your case one of EA's subsidiaries. Don't blame Bioware for the distributor's problems.
Take a deep breath and give them a little bit of time. Go read a book for a day, and then see what happens. In any case, I have a few papers that i have to write.

Ive waited long enough, the problem with is ea is they said the game was going to be there on the 3rd, now the preload is on the 5th. basicly there constantly changing and lying to there customers. Bioware, can actually do something about it, wether they want to or not is different question.

You can find that information at:
http://eastore.ea.co...uctID.149851500
Although this is in dutch, you can still see "Status: Pre-release 05/11/09;" listed on the site. This information is for EU only though!

Actually 5/11/09 is the actual RELEASE date for some countries in Europe like Finland for example. Meanwhile other parts of Europe still have 6/11/09 as the release date. The latest info I found was that pre-load starts on Monday for EU players.

Hm, it says nothing about such things on the danish version of that site...
About the pre-load on monday for EU players - I guess we'll find out in a few hours.
On a side note: Has this social site just become EXTREMELY SLOW or is it just me?

Actually there's still 13 more hours before the pre-load should start. 10AM GMT.
