Vanguard, of course. I just can't get into the other classes (I've tried); besides, I love my shotguns.

Apparently, in ME3 you can carry any weapon you want. Some sort of penalty about carrying four or certain kinds or something, but you could technically be a shotgun-wielding engineer.

Sage Queen. You pretty much summed up why I love the Adept so much. Adept playthrough will be the first. Singularity is in an of itself enough reason to play Adept. Add the other powers and you have an amazing class.

Adept: (Rachael) Female
Engineer (John) Male
Vanguard (Sarah Gail) Female
Infiltrator (Mutale) Female
Sentinel (Maxwell) Male

My
favourite was the adept by a long shot. Just so interesting on a
tactical level. There was only one class that I wasn't to fussed about
and it was Soldier. The other classes seem so amazing, the soldier just
seems like every other shooter out there.


Great Adept guide. I'm looking forward to bringing the adept to Mass
Effect 3 both single player and co-operative. Vanguards and Enginers
also rocked. Infiltrators were still amazing and Sentinels were pretty
good.

Engineer, but will also be looking at infiltrator, I enjoy tech and stealth, though I found infiltrator to be a little disappointing in ME2.

Sentinel. Best of both Tech and Caster abilities, and useful survivability. Next would be Vanguard, and then probably the Soldier.

Personally, I've done way too many Adept runs for ME 1 and ME 2. The Engineer was the most boring class in ME 1. ME 2, I couldn't even finish my Infiltrator run. I've bled a lot out of the ME series, that I had to start using the Vanguard and Soldier classes to get some enjoyment out of the run. My Insanity run on ME 1 was an Adept, my first ME 2 insanity was also an Adept. Great feelings of accomplishment for doing it, not my best Insanity experiences. It went from overpowered to diminished power. Engineer control spam was fun the first time, and then dulled out by the second.

Same reason why I like the Collector Rifle, I have to stay mobile. Cover shooting is one thing, but I can manage my cover mobile. The Sentinel's survivability and combined Biotic and Tech damage made defenses manageable, and I had more variation with the weapons I wanted to take.

I got one for all but engineer of which I have 2 (one normal and one insanity difficulty).

Ok my canon is a soldier which means my first playthrough is going to be a soldier but dismissing other classes is not only foolish but you are missing out on the long run.
