Played ME1 and 2 on Xbox360, but don't have that anymore, only PS3.  While I hate that I can't get the full experience, I want to get the most complete experience possible on the PS3 when ME3 comes out, so I've just placed my order for a new copy of ME2 for PS3.  However, I've been reading that the Cerberus codes have expired??

Is it true?  Is there any way I can get a valid code?  If not, I'm going to cancel my order.

You would be lucky to get the coad. EA has done that to all games that are 20 bucks and under (brand new) People have complained about it with no answer.

Well, I ended up cancelling. I think I'm going to have to buy a used Xbox360 and get my hands on my old saves... Bioware really sucks right now. I am pissed.

actualy the blame goes to EA they publish and run bioware as well as make the patches and all that stuff wile bioware makes the games and many of EA's games are buggyer than a dirty hooker.

I'll quote myself from a different thread, since I really want somebody to pay attention to this:

Bought the game brand new, two days ago.
It cost something like 15 bucks more, and on the cover you can read clearly: INCLUDES 6+ HOURS OF BONUS MISSIONS - Kasumi: Stolen Memories - Overlord - Lair of the Shadow Broker.

I opened the case, and there it was, a flier with Zaeed showing that had the guide to activate the Cerberus Network.
Well, when I go to redeem my promotion code at the PlayStation Store, it turns out it's "wrong or no longer valid".
Well, I wrote it over and over... it's 12 letters, I'm not dumb. So it's not wrong.
My question is: how can it be no longer valid if the game is brand new??

I then decided to download it from PSN. I was quite annoyed at the idea of buying it twice, but I really did want to start playing, and I needed Cerberus Network.
Guess what? The downloaded and installed PSN version isn't working.

So basically I've paid TWICE for NOTHING.
What the hell, Bioware?
This is plain stealing.

I don't quite understand when you say you redownloaded it from PSN. Do you mean you just rebought ME2 on the Store, or that you bought the Cerberus pack? I think if you were willing to buy the game twice, you could have just bought the Cerberus Network and the DLC instead of rebuying ME2. I mean, the Cerberus network only costs 15 which is less than the game itself, and it comes with the 3 DLC, right?

You know you could, oh I don't know, maybe contact EA support and see if they can help you.

I ended up buying the game because I don't see Bioware providing the option to make choices for new players in ME3, and I need to have certain choices. Just got the game today and luckily, I was able to redeem the code and download the Cerberus pack. I started a file and the comic came up at the right time.

Everything's fine here! I feel sorry for those who can't redeem their code or who can't access the comic.

I bought a copy of the game (with a higher price) that supposedly included the Cerberus Network.
And then I bought, downloaded and installed the Cerberus Network DLC only from PSN.

It's still paying twice for the same thing.
And it's still not working, despite that.

Any way to do that for somebody who lives outside of the US? On the paper, there's only the phone number. No e-mail contact.

I'm having the same problem. I live in Canada. I tried calling EA on my day off today. The NIVR directed me to their website which in turn directed me here. Frustrated to say the least.

There's a sticky at the top of this forum with a link to ea support.

Found a solution to expired/ invalid code... i tried this and it work... this method is from the ea support team, and i really appreciate their help...
First of all, check the region of the game by looking at the number inside the globe on the case.

1 - United States, Canada, Bermuda, U.S. territories

2 - Europe (except Russia, Ukraine, and Belarus), Middle East, Egypt, Japan, South Africa, Swaziland, Lesotho, Greenland

3 - Southeast Asia, South Korea, Republic of China (Taiwan), Hong Kong, Macau

4 - Mexico, Central America, South America, Australia, New Zealand, Oceania

5 - India, Afghanistan, Ukraine, Belarus, Russia, Africa (except Egypt, South Africa, Swaziland, and Lesotho), Central and

South Asia, Mongolia, North Korea

6 - People's Republic of China, Hong Kong

Then, create a new PSN Account with the same region as the disc you bought.

Here is the steps to create a new PlayStation Network account.

1. Press the PS button the controller to enter the PlayStation 3 XBM (XrossMediaBar).
2. Select the Users tab.
3. Select Create a New User Account and press the X button.
4. Enter a name for the account and login to the new user account.
5. Select the Friends tab.
6. Select Sign up for PlayStation Network and press the X button.

Note: When creating the new PlayStation Network account, please use a different, valid and accessible e-mail address.

Login to the new account and redeem the access code. It will work this time and allow you to download and install the online access file from the PSN Store.

After it is installed you can now use your normal account from your region to play the game online.
Hope this will be resolved your issue.

It did work.
I took advantage of this to create a new account for my flatmate as well.
Thank you so much, HakuRyu!
