No one knows. If you care about returning characters only, no one from ME2. [At the moment] Its unknown about the ME1 characters. You can start a new romance with them in ME3, so there is the potential.

There are also several new characters, but I can't tell if you want those spoilers. You should investigate in the Fight for the Love thread, where it has been discussed.

A better question is why do you care? No seriously whats the deal here? Would it matter if they were bisexual instead? Do you need to create cakes catered to certain sexuality?

To my knowledge (If I'm wrong, feel free to correct me), there are a couple of crew members aboard the Normandy who are homosexual, available to both female and male Shepards as full romances.

Actually, alex90c is quite correct. You, as in Commander Shepard, are gay. In a move that rocked the gaming community, BioWare announced in the latest BioWare Pulse episode that all Shepards will now be gay. This is to promote tolerance and respect for gay people in real life.

Concerns were voiced about this decision not only ignoring but possibly blatantly contradicting choices made in previous games, but they waved it off with the reminder that they had experience in taking such actions in the Dragon Age series.
