I just thought I would warn you that they are pretty freaking huge spoilers.
Avoid anything involving that book if you can. You may regret it.
But if you've read the leaked script it's nothing new... so have at it.

No. EA's leak revealed only one of the spoilers that are featured in the photos from Art of Mass Effect that are cirtulating on the web now. So there are still major spoilers for people who want to avoid themItsFreakinJesus wrote...
If you've paid attention to EA press releases, it's nothing new either.

Easy. How many major female characters are there?Icinix wrote...
I wonder how many more characters got a "we needed character x to be sexy" in the first line.

"The problem isn’t with sexiness. The problem is when it is gratuitous and insulting. The problem isn’t that the female characters are beautiful and shapely and show off their bodies, but that they’re pretty much not allowed to be on the team unless they are eye candy. The disparity in design and the way the designers speak about them and how different they are between the male and the female characters is the issue, not femininity or sexiness or whatever (before anyone jumps on the GOSH CAN’T PEOPLE BE PRETTY WHAT IS UR PROBLEM train)."

Thanks OP for the spoiler warning. gotta be really careful these days until release.
Likewise.
I was thinking about getting this as a means of hyping myself up for ME3; but now I know that its spoiler laden I'm going to avoid it until after I've played through ME3.

The "hot alien chick" trope has been around before "Star Trek". It's a part of sci-fi. I don't understand why people hang this on Bioware or EA. It makes zero sense honestly.

I'll give you Jacob and Thane, though.

Because the trope sucks, I care about Mass Effect more than I care about Star Trek, and I know Bioware is capable of better than this.hex23 wrote...

Besides, smallpox was around for thousands of years. Should we have kept that, too?

I don't understand why people complain about the female aliens being "sexy". It's not as if the cast in general is unattractive....I'm a hetero male but I understand that the male characters in the game are supposed to be attractive. It's not as if Jacob or Kaidan or even Thane is horribly ugly.

As a hetero male I wouldn't mind certain things like Miranda's cat suit or putting Samara in that Justicar outfit. Hell I would probably prefer it but also I would add the option to put in some armor so the player could give there character the option to wear it since its more practical.
