everyones happy about the one reveal but there all mixed on the other one.

its hard to explain without saying who they  ( charachters) are.


i saw the photos and imo i  liked what i saw and i understand people have a difference of opinion but  constantley saying omg they screwed up or omg they took 3 steps back just go's to show that you cant please anyone nowadays. im not saying this to cause trouble but it is what it is

I don't like the way they look either.  I'd prefer that the prothean look like those statues on Ilos.  But it actually makes more sense that the real protheans were similar to the collectors since EDI confirmed they used to be protheans.  It would take more of a strech of the imagination that they could be completely transformed to something that looked absolutley nothing like the original species in just 50,000 years (in my opinion).

The statues must have been another species that was around back then.

thats an interesting thought.... afterall we rarley do see any female aliens like female salarians, turrians, krogans ( until march)

Yeah I think you are right since they didn't include the collectors in any of the prothean beacon visions in ME1, but they did put the collector in another prothean beacon vision in ME2.

Wouldn't that only apply if we had seen living Protheons before - all we have seen is statues, Hell if humanity was wiped out and some race came to Earth and looked at our statues they would probably think we looked like horses since there more statues of horses than anything else here.
