I recently completed the suicide mission and decided to download the DLC for Kasumi/The Shadow Broker. For some reason I haven't received a message from Cerberus, I went to Ilium and the Citadel to trigger it that way but it was unsucessful. Is there any way to activate the DLC or will I have to redo the entire campaign?

The obvious thing would be to try reloading first; often that solves such cases. That or try a different save to see if it comes up correctly. That's all I have for now.
