I can't stop playing Origins, I think I have an addiction, and I blame the writers.
this run though I will definitely play through Awakening and into DA2, I chose the exact character to make it interesting.
They give us so many possibilities, so many what ifs. The dialogue can be fun, sweet, ****y. The way you play to suit your own principles, the things you just can not do because you'd never live with yourself, these are much more important in DA than in any other game I have played.
there's the companionship and friendship the team give you, they get on about as well as half my real friends do! And they're storylines are as important, if not more so, than yours.
Although nicking stuff from a locked chest under its owner's nose .....
And then there are David Gaider's books ... I don't read fantasy novels (although I do love Terry Pratchett), but these are unputdownable, thank you.
spouse says they are written better than Ann McAffery's books, which seem to be one of the more popular sets of fantasy books
I say keep writing them, but please please pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeasedon't hurt our favourite characters (you know who they are), emotionally or physically
