(At least on the second playthrough, when I think of Mass Effect, it's still a singleplayer game.)
It was nice to see how the cooperative possibilities were highlighted. That was a great plus.

That one shot in the trailer from inside the Kodiak, you can see what appears to be the upper torso, head , and arm of a female human (I think) wearing what seems to clearly be a version of the Inferno armor from ME2.incinerator950 wrote...

You can enter Reaper controlled areas, but if one of them detects you you have to pass a mini game to escape it.
