Getting a little tired of seeing non-Krogan/Geth/cybernetically-enhanced people using the widow, but that headshot was awesome. Glad to finally see gore in Mass Effect. Then you be happy on 14th feb, because in the demo, the composers have confirmed the new ME3 music will be in, no old ME2 music anymore.

I'm curious about the level of armor customization. It shows the quarian, the drell, and the asari wearing their trademark enviro suit, trench coat, and commando suit respectively. Hopefully they can wear more "traditional" armor because I find the thought of a drell vanguard charging into the thick of things wearing the equivalent of leather armor to be a bad idea...

Just wanted to reiterate my excitement for being able to partake in the Mass Effect universe with my friends. I love that what appears to be debriefings are part of the pre-match preparation, helps these characters feel significant.

Hopefully you can customize more than the armor on the alien races. The prospect of playing as a Salarian or a Turian sounds fantastic, but I've seen identical skin tones among the aliens of the same race in the multiplayer trailers.

Granted, but in all fairness not all drell can be as good as Thane, and also Thane was an assassin - either sniping from a distance or taking out enemies in close quarters when he had the element of surprise.  The way this multiplayer looks, the drell would be in the middle of a constant firefight.  It's not like only having the trench coat as a clothing option would be horrible, just that I'd personally prefer my drell to be armored more.

I do agree with you about Thane though.

 It looks like there mightbe little cutscenes in the multiplayer with Shepard. I think it would be pretty amazing if they used your Shepard for the cuscenes. They might have just been edited in there though...Either way the multiplayer is actually looking really good. Who could resist the idea of playing as other races?

I was lukewarm on the multiplayer aspect of the game, but this has definitely gotten me excited.

I disagree, I was under the impression that Shepard was the Single player portion of the game and had nothing to do with the Multiplayer portion of it.  I don't think the two parts should really overlap outside of the whole war for the galaxy thing considering that ME was SUPPOSED to be a single player RPG.

- female human vanguard
- female quarian infiltrator (yessss!)
- male turian infiltrator/adept (if possible)

Heck I'd love to play an alien biotic....my geek dream is to play a biotic quarian, but I know that's slim to none

so you think shepard shouldnt have a cameo in cutscenes for mp? i understand you want this to be sp as do i but honestly you have to admit the mp looks very good

ive said it before i was against it but it really did grow on me. alot.

and just like anything else in pop culture things can be subject to change and complaining isnt going to fix it
