Anyone else having problems getting this to load? My internet speeds are excellent but this video has been loading for 10 minutes and it's only halfway there. I pulled it up on my phone to use the 4G and it was almost as slow. What's the deal?

I'm not sure what I think of "gore" and "decapitation" in Mass Effect....I mean with enemies like Husks or Mechs is fine but otherwise I hope I dont find myself playing "Gears in the Future" xP
It seems a little dark for Mass Effect, sure, but what else do you expect to happen when a 20mm slug strikes a persons head at 2000m/s?

Thanks for another reason to not play MP.Also take a look at the latest BioWare blog on the subject, "So Your Friend is a Vanguard" by Patrick Weekes!

I'm actually looking forward to the MP, and I very rarely play MP portions of games. (Except maybe MMOs... but then I mostly solo anyway)

Truth be told people like that make me wish their was friendly fire. Just like Dead Space, fragging stupid teammates.

How anyone can take Weekes blog as a reason to NOT enjoy the frenetic hilarity that MP will bring is beyond me >.>
My funny and serious moments are completely off. By my standards if said Vanguard screwed up and thus screwed over the entire team, I'd make sure to never play with them again. Or at the least remind them not to try stupid Vanguard maneuvers in a game with other players.
That being said, I have my moments.

Still waiting for something that tells me this game is being made for me and isn't just dudebro nonsense aimed at the Gears/CoD/Halo crowd.
It's a shame... I've read a fair bit of stuff that sounds promising in articles and off-hand comments from devs, but 80% of the stuff I've actually seen about the game in videos looks incredibly unappealing to say the least. Everything is Kinect this, multiplayer that, Omni-Blade this and over-the-top action that, etc.

Oh, I'm sorry... I didn't realise that as a fan of Mass Effect that wanting a game that is supposedly a Mass Effect game made with me in mind was me being "self-entitled."
I'm sorry, I was wrong. Forget what I said, BioWare. Don't make the game for me as a fan... make it for those who don't really care about Mass Effect and don't really like it. :innocent:

I personally have seen enough that convinced me that ME3's system is the best in the trilogy, because it doesn't rely on tedious item management, but it's keeping a high level of customization at the same time.
I don't need the trailers to point that out for me.

It's funny, because all that takes to get a fair judgement of what's in ME3 when it comes to RPG elements and such is a simple tour through three-four threads.

It's one thing for the trailers to not show the stuff that most interests you. It's another when what they do show makes you cringe as well though.

Not really.

The last one is pretty consistent with the latest images from the art book too.

I know you want it to look cool.
But that's just way too John Woo. Don't go John Woo.
