Did he die?  I was looking forward to having a British squadmate like Ghost from MW2.  Are there even British people in Mass Effect?  Who is the Queen/ King of England during the Reaper Invasion?

Anderson is British, Zaeed has a East London accent, and In my game I roleplayer that my Shepard is a Spacer with British parents.

Keep in mind Chris also said before ME2 released that Garrus wasn't Archangel..
