The excuse of making them attractive seems like an unfair comment to make. Almost treating the fans of the series only care about that. Just because I may not see a Krogan attractive or a Turian if we see one doesn't mean I won't be interested in their personality. Plus my argument would be, "I'm not a (insert race here) so that's probably why." Comment if I don't find them attractive.

Indeed. Female klingons and romulans never did it for me and that was perfectly fine by me. I'm human. I view things differently. And if a female quarian does strike me as attractive, then that's fine too. It's all personal taste and it never, ever has to be dependent on 'hotness'. Realism, g'dammit.

Why, that sounds like a fantastic idea, GMagnum. Although from what I hear, Garrus is hinted to possibly have something going on with a different character, from what I've seen in the ME3 spoilers. She gives him chocolate, anyway.

Can Garrus eat chocolate?

It's special dextro chocolate. I believe he is nice enough to share some with Tali.

I just have that feeling now that different genders for your multiplayer character is going to come out as DLC to so they can milk it out even.

When Garrus was unveiled as a squadmate and Palaven as a location, I couldn't have been the only one hoping that we'd run into his sister at some point. I think it'd be a good way to create a personal connection with the turian plight during the course of the Reaper invasion.

Give codex lore about how salarian females wield great political power, though, until otherwise informed, I choose to believe that the salarian councilor is a female.

Chris said we've already seen female salarians (I don't know if he was serious)

We are getting the female krogan in ME3 (Her name is Eve)

Female turian in the *canon* comics.

Does not satisfy the desire to see them in game, though. It would make the atmosphere of the game more interesting and believable if they were included in some aspect.

In short: Wurr all da xeno wimmin at?!? B)

Yeah I know they've show casted some of those in other media but to leave it there and not bring it into the game makes me more frustrated really. Plus the comic rendition is what many others believe it is, artistic interpretation. Which pretty much means not canon really.

Given how it's the only appearance....

It's canon until proven otherwise.

I feel that the lack of female aliens stems form laziness and misguided priorities. Its really a shame because the aliens are so much more visually interesting than humans in the game. Its like they have higher polygon counts or something ( I'm not a techie, I don't know the right terms. )and all the human models look like they have caked-on makeup.

They obviously put a lot of effort into the initial alien designs, and it seems like they don't feel like putting forth the additional effort to flesh out the various species.

All women are attractive, guys... It's what's on the inside that counts.

We have had a few indications, at least in interviews with artists, that Bioware at least generated concepts for female aliens.
The female Krogan looks very similar to a male, and it wouldn't surprise me if Turians and Salarians similarly lacked sexual dimorphism.

There are female humans, krogan, quarians, asari and salarians that I can think of off the top of my head.

What about turians? Shouldnt you kinda see them everywhere since the turian military hires them as much as our military hires our women.

Shouldnt they be a primary on the list if you decide to show female aliens?

Turians I'd expect to have at least a bit of sexual dimorphism (reach vs. flexibility). Quarians we already know, and Asari don't count in this respect. I think it would be hilarious if they made female Salarians much larger and more muscle bound than the males as a nod to amphibians. Volus females should also have face-boobs where the male Volus have their "mustaches".

Yeah that it pretty outrageous because Quarians have been in since ME1 and I don't count Asari. So the only new ones are Krogans which are basically downsized males and Salarians which are the only new model possibly (Unless you pulled a Krogan on us.)
