So I beat ME 1 and I did the Renegade play. Now when I go to play 2 I can obviously transfer that info over.

My question is this: If I go replay ME 1 and use my renegade to start a new play and then make all paramour choices will it make a seperate save for paramour once I finish the game so that I could transfer my new paramour to part 2? If it does, does this save over my renegade info? I don't want to lose that info.

I am asking because I would like to have a renegade and paramour save starting from ME 1 and I don't want to lose it. Do I have to start a whole new career to do this?

Have 2 diff save files if you want that kind of results is the best answer i can give at this point. Not thinking with my whole mind as it is late. Finish 1 with ren, then start again and when you choose to save create a second save file on your par runthough

Well the thing is when you load to transfer over it isn't a manual save. It is some sort of auto save after you beat the game. That is why I think when I play as Par my Ren auto will be lost.

Anyone know the answer to this?

I might just start a whole new career as Par.

you get a new end-of-game autosave created whenever you finish the game...(with a date and time stamp reflecting the last normal autosave) - simply loading up the the final regular autosave and beat Saren again you will get another end-game save and a choice which can be used in 2 so you should have no problems

nothing overwrites the endgame autosaves (confrimed on X360 -don't know if different on PC)

(Note -for reasons of clarity - the in-game morality term is "paragon", "paramour" is related to romance)
