I like, but  its stupid  of bioware to put a day 1 dlc on a character that is important to  the story.
I dont mind her look, hell, its an improvement from just a bodyless A.I. 
now the joker and edi romance can  have closure and I can have her as a squadmate, am just  mad that we  dont  get all the squadmates  that should have been in  the game from the beginning and not like dlc cash-ins.

If you work for EA Marketing and you're telling us that Prothy is INDEED DLC then by all means. Otherwise, apart from an old trailer, we don't know the status of Prothy, he may or may not be DLC.

She has more attitude now... and she sounds more human.

After listening to this it gonna be very interesting how to see adjust to her new body especially since EDI is use to give tactical combat advice instead of being in the combat itself.

I wouldn't mind calibrating her the moment she gets the body *wink wink nudge nudge*

But I was really surprised when I learned she'd be getting a body a few days ago, can't wait to choose her as a squadmate and try to whisk her away from Joker as much as possible. Really digging her look although fron the concept art I quite liked this one:

almost reminds me of a Ghost in the Shell look in that position, would of been sweet to have a human looking skin mixed with android parts showing with that glassy sorta shell.

BTW all other companions come with alternate armor/appearance. Does it mean we ll be capable of changing EDI's appearance, too?

Yup. It's a couple of missions after that when she tries to tinker with it.

That is EVA at that certain moment. Naturally, Shepard had to put her down.

Yeah no. She could have the best personality in the world and that won't stop me from loathing that body.
