I'm at the beginning of Act 3 and don't seem to be able to have a conversation with Isabela. The quest is called Isabela's Regret, and I'm supposed to find her in the Hanged Man and speak to her, but she doesn't have a quest arrow above her head and when I click on her nothing happens except I hear some random one-liner. I saved her from the Qunari and she returned the book (which was returned to the Qunari). I can't pick her as a team member until I recruit her, either.

Has anyone else encountered this problem? Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug? FYI, I'm playing on a Mac.
