Choices ME1 :
Feros : Saved all the colonists and restored the colony, Shiala lives.
Noveria : Let the Rachni queen live, gave the evidence against Anoleis to Gianna.
Virmire : Wrex is alive, rescued Kaidan, let Rana Thanoptis go.
Companions : Gave the Geth data to Tali, gave Wrex's family armor to him, let Garrus kill Dr.Saleon.
Scared off Conrad Verner using the renegade option, let Chorban complete his research, killed Fist, helped Emily Wong twice, used the renegade option to deal with majority of the NPC's except for the situations where using the paragon option seemed appropriate.
BDtS DLC : Found the dead scientists, let the batarian go.
Finished every side quest, acquired all collectibles.
Citadel : Rescued the Council, Anderson became the human councilor.

Freedom's Progress : Let Veetor go with Tali.
Citadel Council : Reinstated Spectre status.

Saved Rachni, Rewritten Geth, Paragon path, Destroyed the collector base.
Saved Ashley Williams and romanced her. Romanced Miranda in ME2. Planning to romance Ash in ME3 if thats possible lol.

Stopped Zaeed from reaching Vido in time and I destroyed Kasumi's greybox.
Let Miranda meet her sister and I arrested Jacob's father.
Did destroy the collector base and I sent David to the alliance, same with the Cerberus data.
Also faithful to Liara (Please give me ME3)
Completed every side mission and gone through all the planets.

Frankie Shep, sentinel, spacer sole survivor. a multi-racial tomboy who romanced kaidan and stuck to paragon major choices, though didn't hesitate to beat up someone who deserved it.

stayed loyal to kaidan and saw her entire team survive the SM.
rewrote geth, kept mordins data, paragoned her way through the migrant fleet's BS

- Kaiden was sacrificed on Virmire, while Wrex is alive

- Everyone survived the Suicide Mission

- Romantically entangled with one Garrus Vakarian
