I didn't want to post this in the main new DLC thread in the other section as it's obviously massively spoiling.
If you (playing a Human Noble) or Alistair rock up to the landsmeet wearing this new armour, will it provide new dialogue options? e.g:
Loghain: "I see the bastard already thinks he is king" "Soiling the memory of his brother" "The true usurper here" etc
Alistair (pre-hardened): "I'm not sure I can wear this, I don't want to be king!"
Alistair (post-hardened): "I will take my brother's plate and assume my rightful place" etc.
Rob has mentioned that the actual quest part of the DLC clocks in at about an hour, but if it opens additional options for the landsmeet, it could add a LOT more time to the game experimenting with saves, alternative dialogue choices etc.
If the DLC affects the main campaign in little ways, but with lots of instances, I think it'd definitely be worth the £5 or so for the download.
Will wearing King Cailan's armour have any effect on the end game?

Excellent question I want to know if something is going to happen if we show up wearing it.

*Hangs up his juggernaunt armor and prepares to dawn the dead king's plate and lovely two-hander*
Its only fitting, since I am king, muahaha.
