The site states: "Je kunt het spel alvast gaan laden vanaf 10:00 op maandag 2 november 2009"
Which means: You can start loading the game at 10.00am on monday 2 november 2009
Thats good news!

I heard that not all countries/languages already state the preload date and time. Although I think its just a matter of time before all countries/languages state the same!
