I working on something of a "worst possible without dying" playthrough with only Morinth and one other I haven't decided on surviving.
So I was wondering which loyalty missions I can do without gaining the loyalty of the squadmate and how.
Also, how high does renegade have to be to recruit Morinth? Any suggestions on the other squadmate?

As far as I know, the only Loyalty missions you can lose are :
- Samara's (if you scare away Morinth by talking about family, justicars and basically failing to intrigue her)
- Tali's (if you hand in the evidence to clear her name)
- Zaeed's (if you decide to save the workers and don't have a high enough Paragon score at the end when Vito escapes)
- Thane's (if you do not update him on Joram Talid's whereabouts, Kolyat will be able to kill him without you being able to act)
All other loyalty mission will automatically give you the squadmate's loyalty. You can however loose loyalty afterwards when there's the conflicts : Miranda/Jack and Tali/Legion (not sure if the conflict occurs with Tali/Legion if you lost Tali's loyalty though).
I think you need at least three bars of renegade/paragon to have the option of recruiting Morinth. Maybe more, and it might also depend on your level and/or when you do the mission.
