Little problem here: Today i bought 3200 Biopoints to buy all DLC for Mass Effect 2. I started with Kasumi and it was fine. When i waited for redirecting there was some malfuntion (mine internet or something in Store) with refreshing. To cut long story short: now i've got 400 points and one DLC. Where can I report this? To whom. O really like this game but 4-5 same DLC's as good as one

Yup, that was exacly what happened, by something (disconnection, invalid protocol or things like that) I bought 5 Kasumi's. Now if anyone could help me or point me in the right way I would be very greteful
