So I got bored of my ME1 Sentinal and went straight to ME2 instead of finishing the one from the first game, which was a bad idea. I found myself wanting to replay ME1 and 2 before ME3 comes out, but I can't decide what talents to use. Also, I have zero of the bonus talents unlocked having only played through with a Soldier (My other playthroughs before were erased somehow), meaning my bonus talent is Assault Rifles.... Funny thing is, I already beat ME2 with my Sentinal on Insanity, but I haven't even unlocked it in ME1.
Anyway... Heres my squad makeup as well as Shepherd:
Sentinal Shepherd
Bastion Specilization
Bonus Power: Assault Rifles
-Assault Rifle 12/12
-Decryption 9/12
-Electronics 9/12
-First Aid 5/12
-Medicine 1/12
-Barrier 12/12
-Stasis 12/12
-Throw 12/12
-Bastion 10/12
-Charm 8/12 (12/12 with Paragon points)
-Spectre Training 12/12
Not sure exactly how I want to do this but my Sentinal is going to be 70% aggressive. I'm not familiar with how most of the powers are in ME1, but I know that First Aid and Medicine aren't necessary with Unity. I would prefer to keep my Sentinal relatively right in the action, providing suppressing fire but not doing the run and gun like a soldier.
Teammates:
Ashley
-Assault Rifles 12/12
-Sniper Rifles 12/12
-Combat Armor 12/12
-First Aid 12/12
-Assault Training 12/12
-Fitness 12/12
-Pistols 8/12
Wrex
-Assault Rifles- 5/12
-Shotguns 12/12
-Combat Armor 12/12
-Fitness 12/12
-Warp 12/12
-Barrier 12/12
-Throw 12/12
-Stasis 3/12
Any help would be appreciated!

I completed ME1 with the Sentinel so I can provide some advice, I used a different BP though. And your setup looks solid.
So now it's just a matter of having the right mods. I recommend using mods that boost cooldown like the Medical Exoskeleton one.
Edit: Also, I preferred Lift over Stasis with it's area effect, but Stasis does work on Maws from what I've read.

In that case should I switch all the points minus one from Stasis into Lift?

Oh, so how many free points do you have available then?
Or did I misunderstand, and are you asking for a recommendation for spec'ing your Sentinel?
Edit:
And if you'd like to work at unlocking more talents, check out this wiki for some help: masseffect.wikia.com/wiki/Weapon_and_Ability_Achievements_Guide

I'd never max out stasis - only want one and never put in more than two - how long do you want to NOT be able to kill something? Barrier? meh. By the time you reach IX level gear, you'll realize its wasted points, too. I have my own private [metagame] views on para/ren points and cheerfully admit to glitching my way to maxes on both in about three playthoughs - just addicted to that dialog wheel...

I'd just like to add that Bastion with 12 talent points gives the ability to damage enemies in Stasis in ME1.

Coincidently my last ME1 playthrough was a Hardcore Sentinel, and quite similar to what you have planned. I did a little write up on her in a ME1 builds thread here for your browsing. Regarding how aggressive: only in bursts in the early game, then pretty much constantly mid-late game once Master Overload and Barrier were reached.
[edit] a reason for maxing Stasis, since that seems to be the latest topic: it all depends on how you use biotics. I like to keep my Shepard in the middle of the action. Therefore I use my team's biotics to contain/control half the enemies while I run around shooting the stragglers that are still mobile and still firing. After killing all those that were still able to fire, it's then easy to turn our attention to those still floating.

Lift is the most versatile area effect lock down in ME1. So, yes you should max it. Stasis is also useful, since it's the only biotic that works on turrets and drones. As a sentinel though, you can deal with those with sabotage.
Max out your bastion/sentinel. I'd rob some points from spectre/stasis to put into lift. Only go past four points in spectre, if you have points left over from other stuff in your build. The benefits of spectre past basic unity are not that high.

Thanks for all the help, I have a good idea of what I'm going to do now. By the way, as of right now I'm level 5 with 5 in Throw, 1 in Barrier, 5 in Decryption, 1 in Electronics, 1 in First Aid, 2 in Assault Rifle, and 2 in Charm.
Sentinal Shepherd
Bastion Specilization
Bonus Power: Assault Rifles
-Assault Rifle 12/12
-Decryption 9/12
-Electronics 9/12
-First Aid 0/12
-Medicine 0/12
-Barrier 12/12
-Stasis 4/12
-Throw 12/12
-Lift 12/12
-Bastion 12/12
-Charm 8/12 (12/12 with Paragon points)
-Spectre Training 12/12
I figure if I need to disable something I can use Stasis or Life instead of Neural Shock, that way I can avoid points in First Aid and Medicine, which aren't needed.

Well, I liked having 100 points to heal from Shepard, which should be six points in First Aid, so you could take off from Spectre to get those six points.
And with the Spectre talent regarding the Accuracy boost and regeneration shoud not matter much with the Sentinel class, especially if you have Spectre Gear and use accuracy mods on your weapons.

I was going to put points in Ashleys first aid. Doesn't that apply to the entire squad when Shep uses medigel?

Yep, the game combines first aid skills to determine the amount healed by medigel.
