[Infiltrating Donut]

After having beat Mass Effect 1, I decide to import my character into Mass Effect 2. I planned on using my face code from my Level 30 Infiltrator Femshep I already had on a seperate ME2 career but I ran into a problem of epic proportions. The face code in the squad screen isn't correct at all so then I tried to new game the Level 30 femshep which for some bizare reason, made the face code disappear.

I spent loads of time on the face, is there anything I can do?

I suggest throwing the question out at those on the character creation boards for more knowledgeable people to answer (I don't know much, haven't come across this problem before, and anything I can think of is not of use at this point).

Well, you will obviously have to register your game on here first and that will solve that problem. Many tech helpers require knowing you are registered in order to help you anyway, i.e., that you legitimately own a copy of the game.
