Ashley rubbed me the wrong way with her negative alien views
Garrus in ME2 (I liked him in ME1...and from what I've seen, his ME3 content is not bad)
Kaidan is a bit boring, in my opinion.

Ashely because she's a xenophobe while all my Shepards, even renegades, like aliens. She just seemed two-dimensional to me so I always let her die.
Miranda because she always acted so superior.
And a dislike Tali because of her views on the Geth, she's stuck in her ways and refuses to see both sides of the conflict. But that's my opinion, I like everything else about her.

- Jack
- Kaidan
- Liara
That's pretty much it.
Though Tali's skirting the borderline.

Samara is too violent, Liara is too... saccharine, and Shiala simply isn't trustworthy, and those are just the ones we spend time with.
They're all smug and arrogant without much of anything to back it up. Too eager to make excuses for the worst atrocities if it means aggrandizing themselves or advancing their agendas. Asari are the sort of people that will smile while they stab you. A race of snakes.

Samara: Huge hypocrite that follows a code with no type of moral complexity
Thane: Another hypocrite who's actually taking out ruthless people... but tries to convince you his body not soul is responsible
Miranda: She has no personality whatsoever and is extremely stuck up... and her @ss looks nasty
Jacob: Yes he is the most calm and level headed but there has to be some kind of conflict within his personality somewhere and he doesnt show any of it.. that's why he's not interesting
Tali: I got ninjamance by her and she wont get off hop of my wood

--> ... Jacob: Argh. I can accept that characters like Thane/Grunt are characters that are what they are and just not my type. But Jacob is a guy that could have been an awesome companion but practically 0 substance in the end because his writer couldn't pull it off and created a cliche token-black with a very unimpressive and off-putting persona.
--> Grunt: interesting to start with, a tank-born krogan trying to find his place in the world. But after his LM he became any other krogan, just a younger version of it. Weak comic-relief character.

Oh, just another generic hate-topic which will eventually derail into a flamewar.
i started this not to cause a flame war but too keep people from saying who they didnt like in the individual characters official threadsB)

Not entirely his fault, but you can only crash my game so many times before you invite the hate upon yourself. I felt bad for the guy, but dude, I swear if ME 2 freezes again during one of your creepy flashbacks, or if I have to redo your entire LM again because the game decides not to trigger the next point; you're not getting recruited.
Also, I think he called one of my Femsheps Shia, or something. Since when were pet names allowed?
Morinth:
Fortunately she's never joined my squad, but man, what a monster.
Legion:
Very endearing, but he gives absolutely no evidence to support his claim. I do not trust these isolationist killers.
The Council
Not the Salarian Councilor, mind you, he's pretty decent. The Turian is likable enough because he and Shep have so much fun together. But the Asari Councilor, good lord; thank goodness TIM & Hackett aren't this condescending.
Edit:
Liara:
I realize some people might find it endearing, but that she gave Shepard's body to Cerberus in order to bring him back, reason being that she "couldn't let go", even when she handled her mother's death almost shockingly well, is, to me, exceedingly creepy. I mean, good heavens, Liara, you're going to outlive the vast majority of your non Asari/Krogan friends (or, in some Shepards' cases, barely tolerated person); reacting like this is going to mess you up. What happened?
Then she drops the entire Prothean loving part of her to go be an information broker, when she had just been a part of the team that discovered Ilos? I mean, come on, perfectly preserved Prothean site! You were one of the people to discover it, go excavate it!

Now this thread is an excellent example of what opening a can of worms means! That being said.
Liara.
I hate her. I ignore her always. I'd punch her in the face. If there's a chance to kill her in ME3 I'm going to do it in every single playthrough. God I hate her so much.
why?
I don't want to start a discussion about this. It's just my opinion, and I know a lot of people don't share it. But there is one fact that can't be denied: Her importance is forced on us. Every other character can die, except her. And I don't think she deserves that treatment at all. Hell, she hugs you when you meet on Ilium. Why not make it optional, like with Tali? Did the writters assume that everybody loved her?

Except the consort. I can safely say that's the only character I'd just rather never see again. Her and her secretary. And that guy who yells about the ramen.

Ah, I forgot to add Liara. knew I was forgetting someone.
The problem isn't that Liara can't die; she wasn't a part of your squad in 2 (and I doubt they're going to kill one of the main cast in a DLC), and the only people who could die in ME 1 was Ashley/Kaiden & Wrex. Garrus could be left behind, but that didn't matter.
But yes, she is being forced onto us; which is funny because in ME 1 you could pick her up last and you were treated to some funny (if dark) dialog. But you can make the same claim about Garrus; why the heck is this Turian who I told to gtfo in ME 1 wanting to be my friend? And then Tali is still fine even if you didn't let her copy the Geth data.
