Everything I've seen of Vega, I don't like. I pretty much like everyone else. The macho manly sparring session between him and Shep made me wince. I can't even imagine that scene with femshep.

Stanley Woo. I tell you, that crazy Volus has some serious plot armor, but I have the admit that the power of that ban hammer is incredible. And that Chris Priestly dude has got to be, like, the snarkiest Bioware character EVER!

Ah, I forgot to add Liara.  knew I was forgetting someone.

The problem isn't that Liara can't die; she wasn't a part of your squad in 2 (and I doubt they're going to kill one of the main cast in a DLC), and the only people who could die in ME 1 was Ashley/Kaiden & Wrex.  Garrus could be left behind, but that didn't matter.

But yes, she is being forced onto us; which is funny because in ME 1 you could pick her up last and you were treated to some funny (if dark) dialog.  But you can make the same claim about Garrus; why the heck is this Turian who I told to gtfo in ME 1 wanting to be my friend?  And then Tali is still fine even if you didn't let her copy the Geth data.

I know! I picked her up on Therum, helped Shepard understand the Prothean visions, and then set course for Ilos. She spent less than a day in the Normandy for all I care! :D

And yeah, Garrus and Tali appear again. But at least they didn't get their own damn comic. Or went from being fragile naive barely legal archaeologist princessess to superpowerful information brokers in the blink of an eye.:D

I don't hate any of the characters, except for Morinth. But she's interesting, and I've only recruited her once.

I dislike Miranda though. I get mood whiplash talking to her. In the general conversations (post mission and such), she comes across as quite arrogant and bossy, but then in private conversations (post LM), she's quite pleasant. I imagine the fact that she's actually quite insecure is supposed to make her 'human', but instead it makes the general conversation persona more annoying (especially after the Collector attack). I also can't tell whether I'm just misinterpreting the VA or whether she's actually supposed to sound passive aggressive sometimes. And there's dat ass being shoved in my face, but the DLC armour remedies that well enough, and it's Bioware's fault for that anyway.

For me it's kaiden and jack. Kaiden ain't that much of a problem though because I never choose him over ash anyway. Jack just annoys me with her "I'm such an angry uncontrollable **** and I hate cerberus and.....Oh sure shepard I'll go work with cerbuerus to help a bunch of colonists!!"

ME 1 :
Squadmates :
Ashley, never interested me, between her xenophobia, her poetry and her religious comments she isn't my cup of tea. I leave her to die on Virmire every time.
Kaidan : more of a meh with him, it's not that I dislike hom it's just that there's nothing really interesting with him. I find him just bland.

Major NPC :
Turian Councillor : 'Ah, yes "Reapers" we dismissed that claim.'
Udina : 'That's an outrage !'

ME 2 :
Squadmates :
Jacob : right from the start when he first opened his mouth, I had a bad feeling, the more I got to know him, the more I disliked him. I was tempted to let him die in the suicide mission, but my main character is a goody two shoes, so I didn't do that (though I did kill him with my ruthless character who kills for pleasure).
Zaeed : When playing a Paragon, he's a pain in the behind. Though when playing a Renegade he's a lot of fun.
Samara // Morinth : both in the same basket, they don't interest me in the slightest, they both have different ways of being pains but nothing good really about them (to me anyway).

Other squadies : Either I already liked them (Garrus, Tali), I liked them from the first moment I met them (Mordin, Legion, Kasumi) or they grew on me (Miranda, Grunt, Thane, Jack)

'Major' NPCs :
Again with the Turian Councillor and Udina, for the same reasons as before.
The Illusive Man : I don't like being forced to do anything, I don't like being used and lied to like he did. He's a *synonym for donkey*
Wilson : never trusted him, if Miranda hadn't killed I would have.
Dr. Gavin Archer : just please shut up there's no excuse for what you've done.
Gatatog Uvenk : that head butt is so good. Even my most Paragon character would do this Renegade Interrupt just to shut him up.

Well I kinda dislike everyone. They all have their small problems. Funnily enough, except Jacob, but he is boring so.

But thanks to those small problems that the characters have, makes me like them even more. It makes them who they are in the end. E.g Garrus view on morality is "bad" imo, but that makes him a more of an interesting character.

Well said, and I pretty much agree with your statement.

They have their flaws, and some may hate them more than others. But for me as well, that is what defines them!

I can't say I really dislike anyone, because those I didn't enjoy I didn't use. Like Jacob, I'm sure he's great but I never talked to him because of CougarShep's voice. Zaeed had almost nothing to say, except on his LM which made him seem like a jerk. Tali sometimes annoys me, but I think that's more fueled by her fanbase than anything else.

Wait. Kelly. I truly, truly dislike Kelly. She's annoying, and honestly, creeps me out a little.

Vega

Jack

Garrus/Tali/Liara taking development resources from others - I get it, you're bros and sweet vulnerable girls, not interested, don't bore and annoy me with your failings, I have cooler things to do and a galaxy to save.

Liara is rehabilitated after Bioware completely transformed her character by the time of Lair of the Shadow Broker, and even manages to look hot.  Thanks for saving my body, babe.  Let's block out that memory of the awkward creeper.

Ashley for daring to go against her man and assuring a ruined day on Horizon.

The only character I actively dislike is Kaidan. He seemed very boring and bland to me. Apart from him, I don't dislike anyone. I like some characters more so than others, though. Miranda is without a doubt, my favorite, as shown by my avatar and signature.

Then again, I've never had him live past Virmire. I may Genesis a play through with him surviving to see if he changes at all.

Party Members:

Ashley and Miranda (#1 hated) were my tops but they no longer exist in my world so

There were characters that I didn't disliked but just didn't do anything for me. I guess they were kind of in the middle you could day. Those would be Tali, Thane, Samara, Legion, Grunt, Jacob and Zaeed

Other: Udina, the Council (way to make me regret saving you guys), TIM, Kelly and Edi.

I don't hate any of the characters but i find the Asari to be outright boring and Samara to be the worst written Bioware character ever.

Seriously following a code that on one hand say she should sacrifice herself to protect the innocent while on the other hand that she should be willing to brake out of jail and kill many (by her own words) innocent cops in the process is just plain schizophrenic.

Liara and the other Asari are just meh.

Hard to say since it's a absolute code that is not absolute at all as Samara demonstrates when when she swears allegiance to Shepard - Perhaps there some other convenient loopholes built into the "code" that allows the other Justicar to just look the other way.

I don't like samara because she is supposed to be all good and everything but she lives a life of total deprivation of all things that feel nice. That is not something to admire or want to be. That is what people with eating disorders and recovering addicts do.

To each their own. He's more of an introverted character at first, but really develops throughout the game.

So far, the only character I hate is Harby for his trollish shenanigans. I'll probably hate Kai Leng, too.

As for the crew and squad, how could I possibly hate them? THEY ARE MY BABIES!

This. They keep banning my favourite characters, like DNI and GMagnum.

As for squadmates, I don't hate any. Indifference is the worst I feel towards any of them.
