I've been browsing through leaked part of PRIMA guide lately, and one thing made me bit afraid.
'Romance' part of romancable companions description shows which dialouge options should you choose to initiate romance.... But are those choices mandatory? Like you must choose the exact ones showed in guide to start romancing? It would be very, very bad RP-wise.

um i doubt that you have to choose a single set of dialogue options. more than likely there are a few options and a few that end the romance plot.

Do a quick save before you begin dialogue....if you don't like just punch F9 and try again....what I have found is that if a romanceable NPC makes a request of you or initates dialogue....there will usually be a responce....periodically go back to the camp...because that's where it will happen most often. Word to the wise...once you break it off, reject or offend NPC in a terrible way...there is no chance of a romance. Also....if you wait for them to iniate sex and not you....trust me, girls, it's better.

Yeh the Prima guide just tends to show you one way of guaranteeing it but it's not the definitive way, choosing other options can still get you some!
