I've been trying to buy some points for DLC, but every time I try I just get directed to a blank page. This happens when trying to buy from the in game screen or this website. It happens in all my browsers (Opera, Firefox, IE) and on both of my computers. The status bar says that the page is done loading, so it's not just going slow.
Anyone else have this problem? :/

I want to buy wardens keep and I am really interested and drawn in to getting to the fort ot the grey wardens. Help Us spend our money when we already paid for the game and love it so much we are ready to stuff dollars into it like a lottery machine or a G-String. ANY fixes?

Same problem here...I guess the server has some problems.
By the way I'm starting to lose patience with Bioware. Earlier today I tried to buy dlc Wardens Keep and it returned tu me an awful "Incorrect card number"....notice that I use this card for all my internet shopping...... Now this blank page. I love this game but if bioware does not fix all these issues they will not see any money from me.

I had the same problem until I changed my browsers security to medium from medium high...
Then it worked like a charm...(using IE 8 in vista 64x)

I've been unable to access the points page at all, all it does is redirect me back to the main social.bioware.com page. :-\\\\ Guess I'm SOL.
I cleared all of my Cache/Temp Files/History even turned all of my security settings down and disabled my anti-virus and no joy.
**Edit: Installed Google Chrome, Flushed DNS information, and cleared my ARP data, and still no joy. No idea on how to resolve this issue.
