Well first of all,since this is my first post I wanna say hi to all members of this forum.Now lets get down to business.
I have a strange problem with the first Mass Effect.I am playing it on PC and I beat it 2 or 3 times already.I had numerous problems with my copy,game wouldnt start,it would freeze at some point,etc. etc. before 3 months I started playing the game again and then this occurs.When I beat Saren and the ending cutscene finishes,my game wont save.I get through conversation with Udina and Anderson,credits roll,but the game wont save the progress at all!Instead,I have to load a save before the battle with Saren.Its like I cant play after the main quest is done.Before the conversation with Udina and Anderson it says saving progress,but it doesnt actually save since I cannot access that save.Here are my components,just in case you need it:
Radeon HD 4670 1GB
AMD Athlon 4400+ 2.31 GHz

3 GB RAM
if someone would know the solution,I would be very thankful...and sorry for my bad English,I hope you understand what is the problem.

Tech volunteers here generally require more info about your PC specs (it's in a sticky at the top).

I think you misunderstand the nature of this save game you're looking for, and I don't think anything is wrong there.

(1) There is no save after defeating Saren/Sovereign.

(2) You cannot go back and complete missions after finishing the game.

(3) As I understand it, ME uses a hidden file system for the import game (both for a new game plus in ME or an imported game into ME2).

The PC tech experts will know more should they decide to reply.

There is a hidden save that gets created after you defeat Saren. This save cannot be accessed through the load menu, it can only be accessed by ME when creating a New Game+, or by ME2's save import feature.

Yeah,its my fault.I managed to import it in ME2.Thank you all for help
