hi i recently formatted my pc and when i reinstalled all my bioware games it asked me to activate my cd keys but when i typed them in it said they were already in use and even when i tried to log into my account here on bioware they said the games were not registered on my account and i had dragon age 2 bioware signature edition and mass effect 2 collectors edition on my account and i have the cd keys and everything to prove it and so i tried to reactivate them on ORIGIN and it worked but the problem is now i cant gain access to my DLC's that i got with the collectors edition i cant access the cerberus network on mass effect 2 and i cant get access to the black emporium,the exiled prince and the signature edition rewards so if you could please do me a favour and reactivate them for me on this account thanks alot for taking the time to read this
