How to avoid "enemies nearby" rest restriction?

 I'd like to allow players activate thier rest menu even when enemies are nearby but I can't do it by changing module's OnRest event script because it fires after that check (is it hidden somewhere?)... I was able to hook a GUI rest button to call my script, but I'd like to hook "R" hotkey aswell. 

PS: I recall there was a flag in the module switches or somewhere else to bypass that check but I can't find anything like that.
