Both of my Sheps are custom.
Do you make your own Shepard, or use the default?

Always Sheploo for MaleShep. No offense to anyone who believes otherwise, but I have yet to see a decent looking MaleShep that doesn't look like a toy. P.S. I think Mark Meer's voice fits best with Sheploo.

Seeing as character creation and customization is close to my favorite parts in any game I've played, I always roll a custom one. Besides, the ME-team is sorely lacking blonde, blu-eyed characters with Van Dykes.
Speaking of which, I want a better moustache option in ME3. The pencil-moustache is fun the first time, but I need something less porno for my M-Sheps!

Yeah, same.
And I usually tend to use the default when it comes to making choices what I would do in that situation and what I think is the most logical decision.
Other characters for different role playing purposes.

Custom everytime, I want the game to be as unique to me as possible, from choices to looks and personality.

Always go with default. I've tried making custom Shepards in the past, but they always turn out looking like something that should live in a cave. So I don't even bother anymore.

If the game gives me an option to make a character, I will always make one and never use the default. Chris (male) Shepard looks nothing like default John Shepard.

Custom FemShep, default male Shepard Mark Vanderloo
Pretty much that. The custom shepard faces look like**** clay.

Always Custom, typically, but not always, female.

I always make my own character. The only time I didn't was with the default femHawke, because she looked how I might make a character, if a little pale, but I couldn't connect with the character as well.

Sheploo makes other Shepards look like plastic dolls in comparison.

Always custom here - I like having a different look for each the potential different variations on the character.

I always make a custom Shepard, it's just how I roll. The defaults are fine though.

Custom, but I usually have 1 Shepard set on default. I also find it amusing when a custom Shepard resembles an actual person by sheer coincidence. This has happened to two of my Shepards.
Victor Shepard looks like:

I've never played ME1 with default male Shepard. I imported two of the same save files into ME2 with custom Shepards who looked to familiar, so I changed one to the default.
