Probably someone who existed in the ancient age. We'd never know.

Though if you want to go by The Bible, King David is a good candidate for a male. 1 Samuel 16:12 describes him as dark, handsome, ruddy and with beautiful eyes. He was a warrior too, so I'd imagine he had a good body too. For a woman there's King David's wife Abigail who was also described as beautiful as well as intelligent.

Though David was so badass that he needed several other wives plus some cucubines. Though I guess that's nothing compared to Solomon's 700 wives and 300 concubines!

Yeah....

Personally I think people towards the later half of the twentieth century were better looking, more physically and sexually attractive than people towards the beginning half of the twentieth century or from what can see from photographs in the nineteenth century. There's very likely an evolutionary factor taking place to make people more attractive as time progresses. This however doesn't account for people who try to augment their attractiveness by unnatural means.

Pretty much. It's why girls are developing at an earlier age now, and why they have proportions that you just didn't see 50 yrs ago.
