and my Rogue is already in the Legacy DLC will I be able to use it for the DLC or wait til I get I back to Hawke Estate?

You'll have to go back to the Hawke Estate. You pick up the Item Pack dlc from chests in Gamlen's home/Hawke Estate.

Actually there is. There is a griffin statue in the Carta hideout (just before you enter the prison tower) that you can use to return to Kirkwall.
