Tali 100% - imho, she's one of the best characters ever made in rpg (like Minsc and Boo in baldur gate series)
Other one i'll chose after game start - in ME2 there were too much interesting characters to choose from.

My favorites are Tali and Legion but I don't think Legion will be a permanent squad member in ME3, my guess is he will be some kind of ambassador to the geth.

Though I have favorites, I rotate through all squad members depending on the missions.

Pretty much everybody although depending on mission type, enemies etc.. I'll carefully select team.

 My infiltrator will likely go with Jack and Tali. They hold the line with shotguns while I snipe.

Engineer will probably take Ashley and Liara.

Adept will take Garrus and James.

Soldier will have Kaiden and Liara.

Sentinel will have Jack and, if possible, Legion (more likely Garrus).

Vanguard will have Miranda and James.

I have enough faith in Bioware that tthey will bring back all love interests as squad members. I realize that means Jack, Miranda, Ashley/Kaiden, Liara, Thane, Garrus, Jacob and Tali, but it'd be embarassing to have LI characters that aren't permanent squadies in this game, unless there is a "roaming" spot which depends on which characters you've romanced.

I know I wont be rolling with the VS and they better both keep their noses out of my Shepards business or else I will find a way to murder them in 3 . I will most likely roll with James and 2 new squad mates.

I know I should probably pick based on who I like the most, or better yet, based on who is more useful in a given situation gameplay vise, but not me. I'm going to bring them based on who I think will have the most to say in that mission. For example, for asari missions I will be bringing Liara and *spoiler*, for the quarian/get thing, I'll be bringing Tali and *spoiler2*, for Alliance stuff, I'll go with VS and Vega, and so on...

if they start butting heads and preventing My Male and female Shepard from getting the job done yeah they will die . like the one guys said I am not putting up with their crap in ME 3 simple as that . you VS fans can butt wash them all you want but I and many other after ME 2 have no need for them at all

i'm going to use all team mates on my first play threw to see who does well in missions. other play threws i'll go by what i learned from my first play threw.

well its not my fault Bioware basically put chains on My Shepard in how to deal with their crap in ME 2 . they started this mess not my Shepard if they are smart they will shut up and stay out of my way in ME 3

On my first run I always use all squad mates more or less equally, trying and testing them, for latter games I use those whose habilities complement mine so first I'll have to see how everyone works..... posibly Ashley and Tali or Legion are going to be the usual squadmatesfor my Adept.
