I'll probly ask about other mods, but right now wondering if any one knows any of them that are more for Haflings and Gnomes.  Been in the mood to play a Kender/Hafling type char and just have fun.

Unfortunately, Gnomes don't exist in the Dragon Empire, and Halflings know their place.

Though not written specifically for gnomes, my 'The Danaan Unvanquished' would be interesting to play through as a gnome.

lol I done it with both an elf female and a half elf male so that would be interesting. Wouldn't the halfling be buggins and forgot what you called the Gnomes. I still need to finish up your secound part, but that game is on my desktop and I'm traveling right now.

All halfling party for SoZ!

Crimmor will have some halfling specific content, but it won't be "crazy kender". The planned work after Crimmor is currently halfling specific, but this thread will be long forgotten by then.

Good grief! Wizard modules, and now halfling and gnome modules. What will be next?

Harumph!

Meta-modules in which a party of four adventurers is seeking to produce a fun computer module in their spare time when their adventuring duties permit.

...by the way, Dwarves make fantastic wizards.... if they can stay sober long enough to learn their spells...

HA!  Been there done that, and then the game crashed, which was when I relized there are no autosaves in The Wizard's Apprentice, so that was the end of Kidin the Crazy gnome.

I don't think there's even so much as a gnome or halfling villige in any of the popular modules, let alone an entire module dedicated to them.  Which is kind of ashame really.

Well, I'll be looking for contributors anyway when I get to the point of working on the idea I posted, so it's going to be no one's fault but your own halflings and gnomes get short shrift. ;)

lol even before I got big onto Dragonlance I tend toplay my Haflings more like Kenders.  I use to drive my DM nutz when I made my first real kinder and had a sheet made up of random things i could pull out.  I swear the kitchen sink was even in that bag.

I'm waiting for Crimmor and I think I'll do a halfling Rouge for it since I'm redoing POE on this computer (the other game for it on here is only level 7 and I missed so much on the play through).  I might have to try the SoZ party, do a mix of Dwarf, Gnome and Halfling.

Allready beat you to the Gnome in Apprentice....I started one last night and about to pick up on it again.

You know dwarves and magic useing seems so NO NO from all my years of them not being able to be a spell caster.  I have a brother and sister pair I play in IWD (Fighter/Cleric respectfully so the brother can be a Dwarvish Defender and the sister warpriest). I might use them in my SoZ lil folks play.  Don't have no clue what got me into a lil folks mood.  Maybe it was that midget porn the other night?

I'll be so waiting for that one, just like I'm waiting for my current.  I tend to enjoy playing Rogues or Wizards most the time.  I just hope this idea of yours doesn't involve a ring...maybe cake, but no ring please.

Now that HF is out of retirement, maybe he can hook us up with an animation of a halfling swinging a shortsword while sitting on another halflings shoulders.

Also, need a long robe to cover the two halflings as they make their way down the street as a 5' tall person.

*We're getting a horse pack, now we need a ridable halfling pack.

You could also grab Wyrin's White Plume Mountain and have a group of halflings and gnomes arounding around under foot.

Trial of Terror had some special content for the deep gnome if you feel like an epic game, it also uses the party creator.

I think White Plum will defently get a group once I finish apprentice here in a bit.

I'm toying with the idea for another short module (after recently completing Shaar Moan), based around Gullykin on the sword coast. I'm building the town to match the description in Volo's Guide to the Sword Coast, rather than after the Baldur's Gate version.

In the mean time, there's always the Baggin's Hollow prefab to get others started on their own 'short' projects:

Hmmm, something for elves I think. A module for Genasi would be good and perhaps something for Humans?

Certainly there should be more for elves though.

As much as I love playing elves I allso hate playing them. Though I agree since we are on this, a good dwarven one would be good to. Than again anything in a mountian ruin fits for them. LOL right now I'm doing SoZ with my Halfling Swashbuckler/Duilest/DarkLantern, Dwarf Fighter/D. Defender, Dwarf Cleric/Warpriest, and Gnome Wiz/Rog...that will be going arcan trickster. The dwarves are brother and sister and I keep makeing my own voice comments in head of them argueing and fighting side by side.

The hell, you say!

And, The Halls of Hamhock features a halfling companion of the "crazy kender" variety.

Harumph!

After reading the info, I think I got just the perfect insane dual welding morning star dwarf for the job.  Gotto wait until I get back from being offshore, hopefully tomorrow, but if it works good, I might even send in a Halfling to do the work or gnome?

Hmm, you could make an entrance to a underdark area that is so narrow and deep that only a party of halflings could make it through. Maybe it could be a "little" rescue mission adventure for a wizard that made it inside using a reduce person spell, then [s]he couldn't get back for some reason?

I played White Plume Mountain with a party of 4 Strong heart Halfling warlocks and a Moon Elf Rogue. Started SoZ with the same group.

I played Risen Hero with a Strong Heart Halfling Warlock.

I did an OC run with a Strong Heart Halfling Warlock. It's funny watching him and Kelgar run around. It was funny watching him romance Elanee.

Probably one of my favorite Salvatore characters ever.  Tons of fun!  I like that he was "evil" but nuanced and sympathetic.
