What I've learned overthe past 5+ years on the BSN or former ME boards, is this:
10% are hilarious (source: random great threads with random hilarious comments)
20% Are romantically deprived and pretty weird (source: check out the romance board)
10% Are really good friends (source: private group)
20% Have no life outside of ME (source: certain BSNers who should be household names right about now)
40% are trolls (source: All over the damn place)
overall, typical gaming community
Sadly and simultaneously fortunately, I have fit into at least two of those groups

I've learned that people will rather complain about a thing in a storyline that they think is stupid because they don't understand it for hours - than actually pay attention to the story when they play the game.
