I've got 4, Male Soldier, Male Sentinel, Male Vangard, and Female Adept. Mostly all paragon
some renegade, different decisions, romances, etc.

I had 3 or 4 for ME1, mainly to get all of the achievements. But for ME2 I only imported my main Shepard. So I pretty much only have the one now.

i lost count, one of each class for both male and female, but not all are done yet, not sure which i will import yet.

I've deleted about 10 chars, all of them were with the same walk of ME1, but now I have one femshep romanced with Liara and one man romanced with Ash. But going to do one more for Tali, couse she is totally my favorite.

I've got 4. Two completed, 2 on the way.

The first one was my (oh no ****) first Shepard - a renegade/paragon soldier. I didn't get so much of the game when i played him, so I took dumb decisions. Didn't really understand the good/evil system back then. Imported him to Mass Effect 2, now he is a true bad guy but with good intentions. Everyone except Tali and Legion survived the SM, chose wrong Fire team leader while Tali was in the vents and lost Legions loyality as a result of no having enough renegade points to solve the conflict between the quarian and the geth.

The second one - a femShep, paragon Sentinel. She is to be honest to one I value the most, because I've spent most time on her. Everyone survived the SM.

The third one - The only one I haven't imported from ME1. Just started a new playthrough in ME2. A renegade infiltrator, he is like "**** off, this is my mission and I do it my way. U no like? Then **** off." Though I take some paragon decisions sometimes, I am to good as a person to be complete evil Going to kill some squaddies on the SM, I think Zaaed, Kasumi and Grunt/Jack. Want to see how that will affect ME3!

The fourth - just completed ME1 with him and Freedoms Progress in ME2. A ragagon Male Shepard, Vanguard. I think I will let everyone survive the SM.



BTW - A dumb question :

I did the LotSB and Arrival after completing the games, will that still count in the save to ME3?

4 characters, all from ME1, imported to ME2, completed.

1. soldier (f) - my main, 3 playthroughs (ME2), paragon, everyone survived
2. vanguard (m) - 1 playthrough, renegade, everyone survived
3. adept (m) - 1 playthrough, paragade, killed all alien squadmates except for Mordin
4. infiltrator (f) - 1 playthrough, renegon, initially thought about killing squadmates in SM but after shep#3, I just couldn't do it.

I have 12. My latest was a worst case scenario with no optional quests completed, no LotSB, Overlord, etc. Only Morinth and Miranda survived. Looking forward to the consequences.

Two, one Paragon one Renegade... however I'm wishing now I made my renegade female.

I'm on a new xbox slim so I had to start over and forgot I always made fem-shep evil lol.

3 soldiers, 1 adept, 1 vanguard, 1 infiltrator, 1 sentinel. Right now I´m torn betwenn redoing my Ashley file or giving a go to Engineer.

5 files(the soldiers, the adept and the vanguard) are for MaleSheps, and one is for each female love interest in ME1 and ME2(excluding Morinth and Kelly on ME2).All are paragon.

Then the infiltrator and sentinel are for FemSheps. Infiltrator is 100% renegade, flying solo so there are no ties. The sentinel is for Alenko and while a Paragon at heart, I decided to mix things up a bit in terms of the renegade/paragon ratio.

These are all done and are all canon to me. No favourite file. I like them equally, as in a alot.

I noticed that I started out full paragon and eventually ended up making more renegade choices over my playthroughs. Guess things get clearer when you play multiple times.

 I have only 1. He is my ultimate work. 100% complete in both games. I have lost my data and switched xbox's so many times that I don't have the time or patience to play ME1 anymore.

22 Female Shepards (20 Paragons and 2 Renegades) I played as the Infiltrator a lot in ME1 for the tech abilities. most were remade into soldiers in ME2 because of bypassing and hacking being standard across all classes.
