I have one save which is my first play through of ME1 imported into my first play through of ME2 with all the 'mistakes' I made because I didn't know the plot formulas. Of course this will be my first import with ME3. She's a paragade, that is, a paragon with a short temper.

I have about 3 other shepards, just there to see the differences different plot decisions made.

I've got 4 that I created on ME1 and carried over to ME2. A male paragon infiltrator, female renegade adept, male renegade soldier, and a female paragon engineer. I also created a male vanguard and a female sentinel in ME2 but i killed them in the suicide mission so I could see the endings.

I have just 1. Sheploo Insanity Vanguard, Paragade. Enjoyed Singularity bonus power in ME1 and just discovered how fun Slam could be in ME2 as an alternative to using Reave/Stasis in my latest of many NG+ playthroughs. Kaidan romance FTW!

i Keep it simple

1 mainly paragon sheploo- canon playthrough
1 renegade sheploo- second playthrough for me3
1 paragon fem shep- third playthrough for me3
1 renegade fem shep- fourth playthrough for me3
1 fail playthrough where pretty much everyone is dead from me1 and me2 except morinth, zaeed, joke, and shepard

I had 4 from ME1. Not sure exactly how many those 4 turned into in ME2, a few more than 10. I started playing hardcore so deleting them when they died.

1) Mike Shepard - my "canon" Shep, Male, looks like me, romancing Ashley, paragon, spacer, war hero, soldier

2) Beth Shepard - Accidentally deleted her then I miraculously found her in the import save file for ME2, Female, ruthless, colonist, adept, renegade, didn't romance anyone

3) Leena Shepard - Female, earthborn, war hero, infiltrator, paragade, romanced Kaidan then was FINALLY able to romance Garrus

4) Gabe Shepard - Male, colonist, sole survivor, sentinel, paragon, romancing Liara, my "2nd" cannon Shep

5) Dirk Shepard - Male, spacer, sole survivor, vanguard, paragon, romanced Ashley, now romancing Miranda

6) Sam Shepard - Male, earthborn, ruthless, soldier, renegade, basically my "Man ****" shep, romanced the Consort, romanced Liara, banged Jack, flirted with Miranda, romanced Kelly

7) Logan Shepard - Male, colonist, war hero, sentinel, haven't even started him yet but I just wanted to start a new sentinel play-through again plus do some new choices and I need to romance Tali as much as I don't want to.

8) ...Currently in the planning stages... Thinking female sentinel...
