So got around to replaying ME2 again, and bought some of the DLCs to add content - something seems to be wrong with Arrival though.

I got the message from Hackett, had the private conversation with him in my cabin, but the place I'm supposed to go to - Viper nebula - doesn't appear on my galaxy map. Thus, I am unable to continue the quest.

Since I had other things to do before I planned to go through the Arrival, after discussing the task with Hackett, I went off to do various loyalty quests, planning to go to the Viper nebula later. Only later realized that the location wasn't on my galaxy map. So I'm hoping for a solution that doesn't involve restarting the quest, because that would mean going WAAAAY back in my saves.

Any suggestions appreciated.

Are you absolutely sure? Look at the southeastern-most corner of the map.

Do'h!

Thanks - didn't think to look that far to the lower rim. "Problem" solved. :)

I bought Arrival and successfully downloaded it, but can't find it. I restarted a new character, tried every other character scenario, and have exhausted my ideas. What gives? Someone mentioned the promo code, but you get to use that only once, according to an error message.

I want to get Mass 3, but will wait for the disc if this isn't resolved.

Believe it or not, you're not the only one who's been fooled by this. The location of the target system is practically hidden. You have to move the cursor all the way down to the extreme south for it to appear, which is unusual.

Anyhow, glad to help!

I know it's a bit late, but thank you, Fiery Phoenix. I didn't think to look that far down, either...
