I read it, even though Miranda spoilers were the ones I was trying to avoid more than any other. I just figured it couldn't be that big, especially if Bioware showed them in a demo of the first hour of the game. Im not sure what to make of what they said because it was much more speculation than spoiler and based off of what sounded like a very brief and unclear moment of their experience.

So basically the Insanity mode in ME3 is just tactical.....in other words if you can think you won't really tell the difference between casual and insanity but your average gears of war fan is going to hate life playing on insanity. Fair enough if you ask me.

Everything in the character article was stuff from ME2 and how 'they' (aka the writer) played. The Geth thing sounds more like he didn't exactly understand what was going on in ME2 to begin with. A lot of that did, actually.

As for Veteran mode it doesn't exist anymore. 'Normal' has replaced it or, well, it's become the new normal - literally. Instead of Easy, Normal, Veteran, its 'Story mode', Easy, Normal, Hardcore and Insanity. They just shifted it and made the old easy, even easier...sort of.

Overall normal in ME3, should be closer to ME2's veteran.

Unstoppable? That sounds like Shepard is unstoppable and hence a prospective title for a ridiculously easy mode. I will say 'impossible' will better suit for a harder mode than insanity (yeah, I know the name is a Dead Space rip off).

Yes, because someone who enjoys playing shooters clearly enjoys them because he/she is too stupid to understand the nuances required for the far more complex game genres out there, right? Oh wait, no. Not to mention, playing in teams against other people  requires far more tactical thought than any singeplayer shooting based game ever will, period.
