Hello,
I'm from Brazil and recently bought 1600 Bioware Points through Bioware's official website using the "Boleto Bancário" method of paying.
The problem is, even though i paid for the points, the site informs me the order has failed. I did another order recently (in january 24th) and had no problems, but then i noticed all my other orders had dissappeared. Long story short, i've spent more than $ 40 on points i simply didn't get back.
I want to receive the points i've paid for or have my money returned. I've already tried contacting EA official support and they told me the only way to resolve this situation is talking directly to you guys.

Hmm, I wonder if our two problems are connected. Except the difference is with their store's part of the website. They are run by treehouse on their store, but I don't remember who does the DLC points. You might want to file a case with them from your order point. They just got back to me.

This forum has nothing too do with points or dlc it is for the store that sells physical items like lithographs, etc. only. The points forums under Bioware general is the appropiate forum for this.
