Bioware I haven't recieved my items yet. Its been a month. They were Xmas gifts.

Ok, Bioware. I order my items online on 12/20/2011. I order five of them for a good hundred someting dollars. I want to recieved the items I ordered, but I haven't gotten them in the mail yet. I went and checked my account to see what was going on and apparently the billing information said this.

Status:Pending Fulfillment

I don't know what that means, because the other status's on my account have said billed, but for some reason this one isn't fully going through. You've already taken the money out of my bank account, but I haven't recieved not one of them. I'm a little distraught. I'm not someone who complains a lot about things, but these items were a gift for a friend of mine for Christmas. I've filed a case with the company, but I would like to know if there is anything else I need to do because I'm kind of disturbed and would like to know where the merchandise I bought is. I've got a bank statement to back up my claims.  Can anyone at Bioware help me with this issue?

Update. Ok, Treehouse has gotten back to me by email. Hopefully they will look into it and make sure all my items come to me. I like how fast they responded when I made the case. However this matter is not over and I still haven't got my items yet. Until they are able to contact me and say they are on the way to my door step. I'll keep updating this baby.

Basically what I found out was if you preorder an item and put other items on the list. They won't ship until the preordered item comes in. Looks like I'm waiting. Crap!
