Status:Pending Fulfillment
I don't know what that means, because the other status's on my account have said billed, but for some reason this one isn't fully going through. You've already taken the money out of my bank account, but I haven't recieved not one of them. I'm a little distraught. I'm not someone who complains a lot about things, but these items were a gift for a friend of mine for Christmas. I've filed a case with the company, but I would like to know if there is anything else I need to do because I'm kind of disturbed and would like to know where the merchandise I bought is. I've got a bank statement to back up my claims. Can anyone at Bioware help me with this issue?
